电刺激强度在诊断糖尿病神经病变中的价值

摘要
目的 探究电刺激强度在诊断糖尿病神经病变中的价值。方法 选择健康体检者50例健康人作为对照组和糖尿病周围神经病变50例作为观察组,检测两组下肢胫神经运动电位波幅、腓肠神经感觉电位波幅以及引出最佳胫神经动作电位波形的刺激强度(mA)和最佳腓肠神经动作电位波形的刺激强度(mA),通过上述指标观察分析胫神经运动电位波幅及腓肠神经感觉电位波幅,以及引出最佳动作电位刺激强度。结果 观察组胫神经运动电位、腓肠神经感觉电位波幅较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组需要引出最佳胫神经运动电位波形与腓肠神经感觉电位波形的刺激强度显著高于对照组。结论 糖尿病神经病变患者引出最佳动作电位波形的刺激强度明显增高,在诊断糖尿病神经病变中具有重要价值。
        Objective To explore the value of electrical stimulation intensity in diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy. Methods Fifty healthy subjects in physical health examination were selected as a control group and 50 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients as an observation group. The tibial nerve motor potential amplitude of lower limb, the sural nerve sensory potential amplitude, the stimulus intensity (mA) leading to the best tibial nerve action potential waveform and stimulus intensity (mA) leading to the best sural nerve action potential waveform were measured in patients' lower limbs of both groups. The tibial nerve motor potential amplitude, sural nerve sensory potential amplitude and the best stimulation intensity leading to the best action potential waveform were observed and analyzed. Results The amplitudes of tibial motor potential and sural nerve sensory potential in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), furthermore, the needed stimulation intensities leading to the best tibial motor potential and sural nerve sensory potential waveforms in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The stimulation intensity leading to the best action potential waveform in patients with diabetic neuropathy is significantly increased, which is of great value in diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy.
