For the "90's"(college students) with extensive interest and active thinking, the traditional construction mode of "catching two ends and leading the middle" has obviously exposed its limitations. In the current situation, the counselors should consider the characteristics of the new generation of students, take the "intermediate students" as the focus, take the approach "removing label" with the traditional model, inspire students to uncover their own bright spots from multi angles, respect the differences of student and create equal and active atmosphere,The counselors should also explore the multi-dimensional structure of the multi-dimensional team building based on the " interest and hobby/common goal",enhance the overall level of team building through the rich carrier of activities and achieve full interaction between the class team members.
