摘要

班级和团支部是高校大学生的基层组织,班团工作是大学生成长成才的重要锻炼平台。目前新闻传媒类院校班团工作普遍存在一些问题亟待解决,如班团建设的活力度、智能化不足等。结合人才培养的实际工作经验,新闻传媒类院校需要从组织层面、激励层面、业务层面改革创新,以新思路、新举措来指导和促进新闻传媒类院校班团建设工作,巩固和强化高校大学生基层组织思想政治教育功能和组织保证功能。
        In a college,classes and their Youth League branches are the grassroots organizations of college students and their construction is an important training platform beneficial for the growth of college students.Currently,some common problems exist in the construction of this platform in schools of journalism and communication such as lack of vitality and inadequate intelligence.Schools of journalism and communication should reform their modes of organization,improve their incentive mechanism,and take creative measures in their practical work so as to advance their construction of classes and Youth League branches.
