小班化教学的优势分析及实施策略

摘要
实施"小班化教学"是当今教育改革的发展趋势,是实施素质教育、追求教育公平的一项重要举措。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》中明确规定:义务教育要逐步推行小班化教学。小班化教学较之大班教学更加符合社会发展的要求,针对大班教学中存在的弊端,要制定小班教学中的可行性策略,促进学生的学习。
Implementation of the "small class teaching" is the development trend in today's education reform,it is the implementation of quality education,the pursuit of educational equity is an important step."Long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)" clearly states: compulsory education to gradually implement small class teaching.Teaching in small classes than large classes more in line with requirements of social development,for large classes of drawbacks,we must make the feasibility of the development of small class teaching strategies to promote student's learning.
