摘要

在班级管理中,笔者主要着力于通过创建良好的班级环境来提升学生的综合素质。叶圣陶说过:"什么是教育?简单一句话,就是要养成习惯。"培养学生的良好习惯进而提升学生的综合素质是创建优秀班级的基础,更是师生磨合的过程,可归纳为"经历(奠定感情),总结(做好规矩),成长(培养优秀)"三个方面。
        In class management,the author mainly focuses on creating a good class environment to improve students' comprehensive quality."What is education?" he said.A simple sentence is to form a habit.To cultivate students' good habits and improve students' comprehensive quality is the basis for creating excellent classes,and it is a process of teachers and students.It is summed up in three aspects:experience(setting up feelings),summarizing(rules),growth(cultivating excellence).
