摘要
分别以高强高韧球墨铸铁材料QT500-7和QT600-7为研究对象,在满足其高强度、高韧性的前提下,为获得良好的超低温性能进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,通过控制镍0.8%~2.0%,铜0.1%~0.5%,硫0.004%~0.008%,可获得高强高韧超低温球墨铸铁材料QT500-7LT和QT600-7LT。采用复合球化孕育工艺可提高QT600-7LT超低温性能。
Based on high strength and high toughness QT500-7 and QT600-7 ductile irons, a series of studies were carried out by adding alloying elements to achieve a new type of ductile iron material with high strength, high toughness and good ultra-low temperature performance. The results showed that QT500-7 LT and QT600-7 LT with high strength, high toughness and ultra-low temperature performance was available when the nickel addition range was controlled between 0.8% and 2.0%, copper addition range between 0.1% and 0.2%, and the sulfur content range between 0.004% and 0.008%. Using the compound spheroidization inoculation process, the ultra-low temperature performance of QT600-7 LT could be improved.
