摘要
高纯铝箔分别经过电聚合苯胺、吡咯、噻吩表面改性,研究其在铝箔表面聚合物的形貌及防腐特性。结果表明:聚苯胺、聚吡咯、聚噻吩对腐蚀箔有缓蚀抑制作用,且对腐蚀箔隧道孔的生成有一定的促进作用。利用原子力显微镜和扫描电镜对恒压电聚合制备的聚合物进行形貌和结构特征分析,发现三种电聚合化合物薄膜对高纯铝箔腐蚀发孔的影响与聚合物形貌和结构特征有很大关系。通过改变扫描速率、硝酸钠浓度和电聚合表面改性方式对高纯铝箔的腐蚀电池法过程进行极化曲线和交流阻抗研究,分析了电聚合化合物膜对高纯铝箔侵蚀过程的影响效果及其机制。
        The surface polymer morphology and corrosion resistance characteristics of high purity aluminum foil were studied after its surface is modified by electropolymerization of aniline,pyrrole and thiophene. The results show that polyaniline,polypyrrole and polythiophene have corrosion inhibition effect on etched foil and promote the formation of etched foil tunnel holes. The morphology and structure of the polymer prepared by constant piezoelectric polymerization were analyzed by atomic force microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the effect of three electropolymerized conductive polymer films on the corrosion holes of high purity aluminum foil is closely related to the polymer morphology and structural characteristics. The polarization curves and AC impedance were studied for the corrosion battery process of high purity aluminum foil by changing the scanning rate,sodium nitrate concentration and electropolymerization surface modification methods. The effect of electropolymerization surface modified polymer film on the erosion process of high purity aluminum foil was analyzed and its mechanism was also investigated.
