基于饮食生活型态的大学生餐饮服务策略研究——以上海H高校食堂为例

摘要
高校食堂关系着每位师生的身体健康,既是提供生活服务的地方,也是重要的育人场所。本文在食品相关生活型态量表(FRL量表)的基础上,针对我国大学生的实际情况编制大学生饮食生活型态量表。通过问卷调查和因子分析得出,影响大学生对食堂满意度的主要因素有健康因子、信息因子、环境因子和社交因子四个方面,并根据分析结果提出了改进食堂工作的服务策略,将"立德树人"融入高校餐饮服务,为"全方位育人"注入鲜活动力。
The canteen of a university is related to the health of every teacher and student. It is not only a place to provide life services, but also an important place for educating people.Based on the food-related life style scale(FRL scale), this paper prepares the college students' diet life style scale according to the actual situation of college students in China. Through questionnaires and factor analysis, the main factors affecting college students' satisfaction with canteens are five factors:health factor, information factor, environmental factor and social factor. According to the analysis results, the service strategy for improving canteen work is proposed. Moral establishment and talent cultivation is integrated into the catering service of colleges and universities, injecting fresh activity into the "all-round education".
