摘要
评价中国省域循环经济的发展水平是循环经济范畴有待深入探索的课题。基于改进理想解法加入时序数据拓展为三维模型,能够得出某一时间段内各评价对象各个时刻的评价值和总体评价值及排序,适合动态考察各省(市)循环经济的发展水平并对此作出排序。在循环经济的相关理论基础之上,利用基于改进理想解法的三维模型,对中国"十二五"期间省域循环经济的发展水平进行评价并排序。根据计算结果及排序,发现各省市的循环经济水平有较明显的地区差别,最后针对地区特征给出建议。
To evaluate the development level of circular economy in Chinese provinces is a subject which needs to be further explored. Based on the improved TOPSIS method, this paper adds the time-series data into the 3 dimensional model which can obtain the evaluation value and the overall evaluation value of each evaluation object in a certain period of time, which is suitable for dynamic investigation of the development level of circular economy in each province and municipality sort. On the basis of the related theory of circular economy, we use the three-dimensional model based on the improved TOPSIS method to evaluate and rank the development level of circular economy in China's provincial economy during 2011-2015. According to the calculation results and the rankings, it is found that there are obvious regional differences in the level of circular economy in various provinces and cities. Finally, suggestions are made for the regional characteristics.
