理气健脾化瘀清肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘要
目的观察理气健脾化瘀清肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将80例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组采用西医常规对症治疗,治疗组采用以理气健脾化瘀清肠法为治则的中药汤剂口服及保留灌肠,2组疗程均为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后主要症状(腹泻、便血、腹痛)评分、生存质量评分变化情况,统计2组患者诱导缓解率及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组患者主要症状评分均明显降低(P均<0. 05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组患者生存质量各单项分及总评分均明显升高(P均<0. 05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组诱导缓解率和治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05)。2组均无明显不良反应。结论理气健脾化瘀清肠法能有效减轻溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,提高生存质量,且诱导缓解率和临床总有效率高。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of therapy of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen-transform stasis and cleaning intestine on ulcerative colitis( UC). Methods Totally 80 UC patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction made based on the therapeutic principle of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen-transform stasis and cleaning intestine by oral administration and retention enema.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of main symptom scores( diarrhea,blood stool,abdominal pain) and the quality of life score( QOL) before and after treatment were observed,clinical efficiency and the rate of induced remission was assessed. Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms were significantly decreased while the scores of every item and total scores of QOL were increased in both groups( P < 0. 05),and the increase or decrease in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The rate of induced remission and total effectiveness rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). No obvious side effect was found in the two groups. Conclusion The therapy of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen-transform stasis and cleaning intestine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life,increase rate of induced remission and total effectiveness rate in the treatment of UC.
