摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向(PBL)健康教育对剖宫产产妇负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院行剖宫产手术的产妇80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用PBL健康教育。干预前后分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)与WHOQOL-BREF对两组患者负性情绪及生活质量进行评价。结果观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组干预后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论以问题为导向的健康教育模式能够显著改善剖宫产产妇的负面情绪,利于提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the impact of problem-oriented(PBL) health education on negative emotions and quality of life in cesarean section. Methods Eighty female patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with40 cases in each group. The control group used routine health education and the observation group used PBL health education. Before and after the intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), depression self-rating scale(SDS) and WHOQOL-BREF were used to evaluate the negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The two groups were hospitalized. There was no significant difference in the scores of pre-quality of life(P >0.05). The scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The problem-oriented health education model can significantly improve the negative emotions of cesarean section women, which is conducive to improving the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
