中医临床思维模式的科学构建思路和方法

摘要
中医学是中国特色的生命科学,其独特的理论和显著的疗效是未来世界医学瞄准和追逐的目标。中医思维作为中医坚实的根基,厘清其临床模式,有利于提高疾病的治疗效果和临床医生的诊疗能力,对于传承弘扬中医药,实现中医药现代化有着重大的现实意义。文章从研究现状、思维特点、科学构架等方面探讨了中医临床思维模式的科学构建思路和方法,并对其内涵和外延进行了总结。中医者要明确中医临床思维模式,以继承传统文化为基础,借鉴现代医学的优势,以追求临床疗效为目标,造就优秀的中医临床型人才。
TCM is a life science with Chinese characteristics. Its unique theory and remarkable curative effect are the goals that the world medicine aims at and pursues in the future. As a solid foundation of TCM, clarifying the clinical mode of TCM thinking is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect of diseases and clinical doctors ability of the diagnostic and therapeutic, which is of great practical significance to inherit and carry forward TCM and realize the modernization of TCM. This paper discussed the thoughts and methods of scientific construction of TCM clinical thinking mode from the aspects of research status, thinking characteristics and scientific framework, and summarized its connotation and extension. TCM practitioners should clarify the clinical thinking mode of TCM, taking inheritance of traditional culture as the basis, drawing lessons from the advantages of modern medicine, and taking the pursuit of clinical efficacy as the goal, so as to cultivate excellent TCM clinical talents.
