温针灸治疗脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性胃炎的理论探讨

摘要
本文结合现代医学对温针灸治疗慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis, CG)作用机制的研究,同时根据传统中医学理论,从中医经穴方面进行温针灸法治疗脾胃虚弱(寒)型CG的机理探讨,总结出临床采用温针灸疗法治疗脾胃虚弱(寒)型CG时,以补为主,多选取中脘、关元、双侧足三里穴,四穴合用,共奏补益脾胃、温经散寒、益气扶正之效,为临床治疗该病提供参考。
In this paper, the mechanism of warming acupuncture and moxibustion in treating chronic gastritis(CG) is studied incombination with modern medicine. At the same time, according to traditional Chinese medicine theory, the mechanism of warmingacupuncture and moxibustion in treating CG of Spleen-stomach weakness(cold) type is discussed from the aspect of meridians andacupoints of traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical application of warming acupuncture and moxibustion in treating CG ofSpleen-stomach weakness(cold) type is summarized. At the same time, the main method is tonifying. Zhongwan, Guanyuan and Zusanlipoints on both sides are selected. Four points are used together to supplement the spleen and stomach, warming the meridians anddispelling cold, and tonifying qi and strengthening the body, which can provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
