“到气才可清气”对抗生素滥用及不良反应的临床指导意义

摘要
抗生素滥用干扰了正常医疗活动,带来诸多不良反应。抗生素性属寒凉,应遵循叶天士"到气才可清气"原则,不可早用、不可过用、不可滥用,而应视具体病情合理、正确使用。如过早、长期滥用抗生素,可伤阳、留饮、成痰、致瘀,变生梅尼埃病、慢性扁桃体炎、支气管哮喘等疾患。临床分别以温阳、蠲饮、化痰、活血之苓桂术甘汤、会厌逐瘀汤、半夏厚朴汤、小青龙汤等施治。
The overuse of antibiotics interferes the normal curative activities and leads to many adverse re actions. Antibiotics is cold and cool in property,so the principle that "clearing heat should be used only when qi level is invaded",which was put forward by YE Tianshi,should be followed and antibiotics should not be used too early,too much and in other wrong ways. They should be used properly according to the conditions of disease. The too early use or overuse of antibiotics for a long time may result in damage of yang,retention of body fluids,phlegm and stasis,which may lead to Meniere disease,chronic tonsillitis and bronchial asthma and so on. In clinical practices,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction,Banxia Houpo Decoction and Xiaoqinglong Decoction are used to warm yang,eliminate retained fluids,reduce phlegm and activate blood.
