摘要
针对影响瓦斯抽采管道泄漏定位精度的传感器布置问题,提出一种当泄漏源不在2个传感器所在母线上的圆柱面定位新算法。首先利用小波包技术对泄漏声发射信号进行了降噪;再通过联立2个线定位公式的新算法对管道瓦斯泄漏进行了面定位。实验结果证明了该算法精度较高,可靠易行,能够满足井下瓦斯管道泄漏的实时精确定位的要求。
For the problem of the sensor layout which affects the location accuracy of gas extration pipe line leakage, a new cylinderal location algorithm was developed as the leakage source is not at generatrix position where two sensors lie. First the leakage acoustic emission signals were denoised by wavelet packet technology, then plane location of pipe gas leakage was executed through the new algorithm as a simultaneous one of two line location equations. The test results proved this algorithm is accurate and reliable, which can meet the demands of real-time precise location for leakage of downhole gas pipe.
