大倾角综采工作面液压支架的优化设计

摘要
由于液压支架在工作中需要承受巨大的顶板压力并进行收撤和移动作业,一方面要求液压支架具有足够强大的结构强度,另一方面又要求液压支架具有重量轻、便于操作的特性,而现有的液压支架通常是尽量的加大结构安全系数以确保支护安全,造成整机结构重量大,不仅极大地增加了采购成本而且也严重降低了综采作业的效率。基于此研究应用ANSYS仿真分析软件对大倾角综采工作面液压支架进行结构优化,结果表明优化后液压支架的结构重量降低了约12.94%,工作时的最大应力集中降低了约5.5%。
        Because the hydraulic support needs to bear the huge roof pressure and carry on the retraction and the movement operation in the work, on the one hand, the hydraulic support must have the strong enough structure strength,on the other hand, the hydraulic support must have the light weight, It is easy to operate, and the existing hydraulic support is usually to increase the structural safety factor as far as possible to ensure the safety of the support, resulting in a large weight of the whole machine structure, which not only greatly increases the purchase cost but also seriously reduces the efficiency of fully mechanized mining operations. Based on this research, the structure optimization of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face with large dip angle is carried out by using ANSYS simulation and analysis software. The results show that the optimized hydraulic support has been optimized. The weight of the structure was reduced by about 12.94% and the maximum stress concentration at work was reduced by about 5.5%.
