摘要
为了解决煤矿井下采掘失衡问题,必须实现掘进施工的快速支护。晋煤集团成庄矿结合井下地质结构和生产条件,在掘进机、锚杆钻车配套施工工艺的基础上,设计了一种井下快速掘进临时支护装置,该装置在掘进工作支护过程中,实现了一次多排距快速支护,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,施工效率比原工艺提高了50%,为矿井的快速掘进创造了有利条件,同时提高了掘进工作面的安全防护水平。
        In order to solve the problem of unbalanced mining in coal mines, it is necessary to achieve rapid support for tunneling construction. The Jinmei Group Chengzhuang Mine combines the underground geological structure and production conditions, and on the basis of the supporting construction technology of the roadheader and the anchor drilling rig, a downhole rapid excavation temporary support device is designed, which is in the excavation work support process. The utility model realizes a multi-row rapid support, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers, and the construction efficiency is improved by 50% compared with the original process,which creates favorable conditions for the rapid excavation of the mine and improves the safety protection level of the excavation face.
