摘要

我国以往在城市河道治理工程中重视工程施工效率提升,往往忽视了河道治理对环境保护发挥的作用,在治理过程中破坏了生态平衡,给河流系统区域性环境造成了不利影响。面对当前生态环保理念在生产生活中的贯彻使用,促使生态水利设计理念在城市河道治理工程中得到科学化应用具有重要的现实意义。
        In the past, our country paid attention to the improvement of construction efficiency in urban river regulation projects, but often neglected the role of river regulation in environmental protection, destroyed the ecological balance in the process of regulation, and had a negative impact on the regional environment of river system. Facing the current implementation and application of ecological environmental protection concept in production and life, it is of great practical significance to promote the scientific application of ecological water conservancy design concept in urban river regulation projects.
