摘要
结合工程实际,对矿井通风智能调速控制系统的工作原理进行了分析,完成了控制系统的总体方案设计,针对系统的主要配置情况,确定了系统中瓦斯传感器、变频器、PLC模块等主要配置的位置布置及型号,由此完成了通风机在瓦斯积聚控制的有效应用。
Combined with engineering practice, the working principle of intelligent speed control system for mine ventilation is analyzed, the overall scheme design of the control system is completed, and the gas sensor in the system is determined according to the main configuration of the system. Frequency converter, PLC module and other main configuration location layout and model, thus completing the effective application of fan in gas accumulation control.
