摘要
目的研究中药昆布中聚合酚类成分及聚合酚化学成分对斑马鱼高糖模型的细胞保护作用。方法利用硅胶柱层析及sephadex LH-20柱层析等方法进行化学成分纯化,并利用斑马鱼高糖模型研究目标化合物的氧化应激保护作用。结果结合波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构为间苯三酚phloroglucinol(1),昆布醇eckol(2),fucodiphloroethol G(3)。结论本研究共分离得到3个聚合酚类化合物。通过斑马鱼高糖模型试验,化合物1和2具有细胞和组织的氧化应激保护作用。
        Objective To study on phlorotannins from Ecklonia kurome Okam and their potential oxidative stress protection. Methods Silica column chromatography and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolated and purified phenolic components, and using zebrafish sugar model of oxidative stress protection reveals the potential Oxidative stress protection of phlorotannins. Results According to NMR datas and the physical and chemical properties, they show the compound structure as phloroglucinol(1), eckol(2), fucodiphloroethol G(3). Conclusion In Zebrafish sugar model experiment, the results revealed that compounds 1 and 2 for zebrafish sugar cells plays a protective role of the model. Through the above experimental data, we may safely draw the conclusion that compound 1 and 2 showed protection for cells and tissues oxidative stress.
