全髋关节置换术中保温护理改善患者低体温及凝血功能的效果分析

摘要
目的分析全髋关节置换术中保温护理改善患者低体温及凝血功能的效果。方法将2017年3月至2018年3月期间本院收治的90例全髋关节置换术患者作为实验对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照、试验组,且2组各选入45例,对照组给予术中常规护理干预,试验组给予术中保温护理,对比2组患者的护理满意度、鼻咽部温度、凝血功能指标及低体温发生率。结果与对照组(82.22%)相比,试验组患者的护理满意度(97.78%)明显提升;与对照组比较,试验组患者的鼻咽部温度及凝血功能指标改善显著;与对照组比较,试验组患者的低体温发生率明显降低,P<0.05。结论针对全髋关节置换术患者给予术中保温护理干预,在提升护理满意度的同时改善鼻咽部温度及凝血功能指标,临床借鉴价值高。
Objective To analyze the effect of heat preservation nursing in total hip replacement on improving hypothermia and coagulation function of patients. Methods During March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital treated90 cases of patients with total hip replacement as the experimental object, according to the order in hospital were divided into control and experimental group, and 2 groups(elected to 45 cases, control group given in routine nursing intervention, patients given intraoperative insulation care, compared two groups patients satisfaction with nursing care, nasopharyngeal temperature, blood coagulation function index and the incidence of low body temperature.Results Compared with the control group(82.22%), the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(97.78%)was significantly improved. Compared with the control group, the nasopharyngeal temperature and coagulation function of the experimental group were significantly improved. Compared with the control group, the incidence of hypothermia in the experimental group was significantly reduced, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty, intraoperative warm preservation nursing intervention can improve nasopharyngeal temperature and coagulation function indexes while improving nursing satisfaction, which has high clinical reference value.
