摘要
姜黄素具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎、神经保护等多种生物活性,但其自身结构使得其生物利用度低。通过对其双羰基结构的改造合成了系列姜黄素类似物,并研究了所合成的化合物对DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基的清除能力,结果表明,一些姜黄素类似物具有很好的抗氧化能力。
Curcumin has a variety of biological activities,including antioxidant,antitumor,antiinflammation,and neuroprotection,but its bioavailability is low because of its structure. A series of curcumin analogues were synthesized by reforming the double carbonyl moiety of curcumin. And their abilities to scavenge DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical were evaluated. The results revealed that some curcumin analogues exhibited strong antioxidant activities.
