摘要
2011-2014年在甘肃省天水市甘谷县采用田间人工接种法共对97份玉米杂交种进行田间人工接种抗性鉴定和评价,明确不同玉米杂交种对大斑病和丝黑穗病的抗性差异。结果表明,在供试材料中仅发现‘818’‘平玉8号’‘金穗51216’和‘兴达甜1号’共4份品种对玉米大斑病表现高抗;‘金518’‘陇单10号’‘KWS2564’‘敦玉1747’‘Hny02’等19份品种表现抗病;‘富早116’‘CN8706’‘豫丰96-68’‘敦玉2100’‘2100’‘BF2103’‘武科8号’‘正德306’‘陇源916’等29份品种表现中抗;其余45份表现感病和高感,分别占供鉴材料的4.12%、19.59%、29.90%和46.39%。表现高抗玉米丝黑穗病材料有‘兴达1106’等共6份;‘陇单10号’‘818’‘平玉8号’‘Hny02’‘玉源209’‘敦玉2100’‘2100’‘正德306’等共22份表现抗病;‘敦玉1747’‘豫丰96-68’‘BF2103’‘方玉30’‘甘农1610’‘BF2202’‘金凯3150’等共16份表现中抗;感病和高感材料共53份,分别占供鉴材料的6.19%、22.68%、16.49%和54.64%。同时对玉米大斑病和玉米丝黑穗病均表现中抗及以上水平的有‘818’‘平玉8号’‘陇单10号’‘敦玉1747’‘Hny02’等22份材料,占供鉴材料的22.68%。
        In order to confirm differences of leaf blight and head smut-resistance among maize hybrids,the method of artificial inoculation was used under field conditions,the resistance of 97 scores of maize hybrids were assessed and evaluated at Gangu county,Tianshui city in Gansu province from 2011 to2014.The results showed that only‘818'‘Pingyu No.8'‘Jinsui 51216'and‘Xingdatian No.1'were high-resistance to leaf blight;nineteen materials were resistant,such as‘Jin 518'‘Longdan No.10'‘KWS2564'‘Dunyu 1747'‘Hny02';thirty-nine materials were middle-resistant,such as‘Fuzao116'‘CN8706'‘Yufeng 96-68'‘Dunyu 2100'‘2100'‘BF2103'‘Wuke No.8'‘Zhengde 306'‘Longyuan916';the other 45 materials were susceptible and high susceptible,the percentage were 4.12%,19.59%,29.90% and 46.39%,respectively.Six materials showed high-resistance against head smut,such as‘Xingda 1106';twenty-two materials were resistant,such as‘Longdan No.10'‘818'‘Pingyu No.8'‘Hny02'‘Yuyuan 209'‘Dunyu 2100'‘2100'‘Zhengde 306';sixteen materials were middle-resistant,such as ‘Dunyu 1747'‘Yufeng 96-68'‘BF2103'‘Fangyu 30'‘Gannong 1610'‘BF2202'‘Jinkai 3150';other materials were susceptible and high susceptible,the percentage were6.19%,22.68%,16.49%and 54.64%,respectively.Twenty-two materials showed resistance or middle-resistance to northern leaf blight and head smut,the percentage was 22.68%.
