摘要
合成了新的单核三价钴化合物[Co(L)]NO3.2EtOH(H2L为2-羟基萘醛双缩三乙烯四胺),并借助元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。单晶结构解析结果表明:标题化合物中三价钴离子与配体L2-2个氧原子及4个氮原子形成六配位结构。抗菌实验表明,配合物对真菌白色念珠菌,大肠杆菌,白菜软腐病菌,枯草杆菌,菜豆荤疫菌具有较高的生物活性。
        A new mononuclear Co(Ⅲ) complex,NO3 ·2EtOH(H2 L=1,1′-[3,6-diazaoctane-1,8-diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]-di-2-naphthaldehyde),has been synthesized and structurally characterized.X-ray crystal structure of the complex reveals that the Co(Ⅲ) ion is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from L 2unit.Crystallographic data: monoclinic,space group P2 1 /c with a=1.588 9(3) nm,b=1.795 4(4) nm,c=1.109 3(2) nm,β=100.78(3)°,C 32 H40 CoN 5 O 7,M r =665.60,V=3.108 4(11) nm 3,D c =1.422 g·cm-3,μ=0.608 mm-1,F(000)=1 400, Z=4,the final R 1 =0.064 3 and wR 2 =0.207 6.The antibacterial experiments indicate that it has high antibacterial activities against C.albicans,B.subtillis,E.coli,E.carotovora and C.flaccumfaciens.
