中西甜品文化的冲突与融合

摘要
甜品是时下最受欢迎的食物之一,中西方的甜品文化都相当深厚。在文化发展的过程中,中西甜品文化相互融合,既保持着各自的文化特色,又产生了千丝万缕的联系。在"十九大"民族文化自信的思想精神指导下,职业教育中甜品文化教育也同样要保持中国传统文化教育的一贯性和延续性,这样,中国的甜品才能保持自己的文化特色,成为世界甜品中的重要组成部分。
Dessert is the most popular food nowadays. Both the Chinese and Western dessert culture have strong basis. In the process of cultural development, the Chinese and Western dessert culture is also fused together, not only maintain their own cultural characteristics, but also produce countless links. With the spiritual guidance of culture confidence of the 19 th National Congress of CPC, the dessert culture education in the vocational education should also maintain the consistency and continuity of Chinese traditional culture, so that Chinese desserts can maintain their own cultural characteristics and become an important part of the world dessert.
