留住乡愁:构建乡村图书馆保护与传承乡村文化遗产的有效机制

摘要
文章以乡村图书馆作为记录、收藏、保护与传承农村文化遗产的管理主体为切入点,解读当代乡村图书馆建设与乡村文化遗产保护现状,旨在通过建立乡村图书馆在人才培养与传承教育、文化遗产保护法规、多方协同、信息资源共享和乡村图书馆体制等方面保护与传承乡村文化遗产的有效机制。
The paper takes the rural library as the main management body of recording, collecting, protecting and inheriting the rural cultural heritage as the breakthrough point, and interprets the current situation of the construction of the contemporary rural library and the protection of the rural cultural heritage. The purpose is to establish an effective mechanism for the protection and inheritance of rural cultural heritage through the establishment of rural libraries in the fields of personnel training and inheritance education, cultural heritage protection laws and regulations, multiple synergies, information resource sharing and rural library system.
