摘要
为了通过热重分析得出不同煤种的燃烧性能,本试验通过优化试验条件,得出试样的燃烧失重TG和燃烧速率DTG曲线,并通过有效特征指标提取,得出了能够反映单一煤样及混煤的着火和燃尽性能的CSI和BI指数的计算方法及评价标准,并将CSI和BI指标分别和已经得到广泛工业应用的煤粉气流着火温度IT和一维火焰炉燃尽率Bp进行了相关性分析。结果表明,在静态燃烧条件下得到的热重燃烧性能指标具有足够的判别精度,试验结果能够指导煤粉在电站锅炉的工程应用。
        In order to obtain the combustion performance of different coals by thermogravimetric analysis, the test conditions were optimized, and the TG and DTG curves of coal samples were obtained. Moreover, through effective feature index extraction, the calculation method and evaluation standard of the CSI and BI index which can reflect the ignition and burnout properties of single coal and mixed coal were obtained. The correlation analysis between CSI and BI indexes and the ignition temperature IT of pulverized coal flow and the burnout rate of one-dimensional flame furnace(Bp)(the IT and Bp have been widely used in industries) were carried out. The results show that, the thermogravimetric combustion performance indexes obtained under static combustion conditions have sufficient discrimination accuracy and the test result can guide the engineering application of pulverized coal in utility boilers.
