LZ公司钢铁生产计划与调度方法分析

摘要
文章以LZ钢铁集团为研究对象,分析了生产现状、生产流程和生产工艺,并利用数学建模、节点互换算法研究了基于约束满足的钢铁生产计划与调度方法,例如单个轧制批量的板坯计划调度方法、基于约束满足的炼钢-连铸调度方法、动态约束条件下的炼钢-连铸重调度方法。生产计划与调度问题作为一体化生产方式下的生产管理中的重要组成部分,其研究无论是从理论出发还是从实际出发都具有十分重要的意义。
Taking the LZ Iron Manufactory Company as the objective and analyzing its production status,production process and production technics.Using mathematical modeling node exchange algorithm to research the iron's production plan and scheduling method which both based on some certain limitations.Such as the scheduling method of a single rolling batch of slab,the scheduling method of steelmaking and continuous casting which also under some restrictions,the re-schedule of steelmaking and continuous casting which under some dynamic constraints.Production plan and scheduling method are very important parts of the management of the integrated production.The research of them has a great meaning in theory analysis and practice using.
