摘要
介绍了高速铁路钢轨焊接过烧缺陷的危害,从宏观样貌、微观电镜图像、能谱分析等方面对高铁钢轨闪光焊接过烧缺陷样本进行了分析。基于闪光焊接工艺参数进行了焊接试验,进而确认能够控制与避免高铁钢轨闪光焊接过烧缺陷的工艺参数。
        The hazards of over-burning defects during welding of high-speed railway rail were introduced. The samples of high-speed railway rail with over-burning defects during flash welding were analyzed frommacroscopic appearance,micro-electron microscopy image and energy spectrumanalysis. The welding test was carried out based on the flash welding process parameters,and the process parameters capable of controlling and avoiding the over-burning defects of the high-speed railway rail during flash welding were confirmed.
