浅谈如何提高电力企业的全面预算管理

摘要
随着国家经济的快速发展,企业对于预算管理越来越重视。企业预算管理不仅成为现代企业对资金管理的一种手段,也成为现阶段我国电力企业发展的一个基本的管理决策。在实际操作过程中可以对企业半年度的经济活动做一个总体的预算和评估,对企业的后续发展起到关键性的作用。因此,论文针对电力企业全面预算管理的发展问题,进行了简要的阐述。
With the rapid development of national economy, enterprises pay more and more attention to budget management. Enterprise budget management has not only become a means of fund management for modern enterprises, but also a basic management decision for the development of electric power enterprises in China at this stage. In the process of practical operation, it can make an overall budget and assessment of the economic activities of the enterprise in half a year, which plays a key role in the subsequent development of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper briefly expounds the development problems of the comprehensive budget management in electric power enterprises.
