从皮肤科视角探讨“化泄”法原理及应用

摘要
五行是构成并促进事物发展变化的5种元素,并因生克制化作用保持相对平衡。若一行强旺、偏枯则致行运失常,发为"乘""侮"之病,南京中医药大学附属医院谭城教授尝试以"化泄"法治之屡获良效。本文从以下4个方面对"化泄"法进行阐述并予总结:一是"化泄"治法的含义,即以相生平化强旺,使各行物尽其才;二是"化泄"治法的作用可化无情为有情,促进"五行流通",亦使五行制化达到高层次的平衡;三是"化泄"的原则及相关治法阐述,探讨"相乘""相侮"的"化泄"方法,并以"五味化泄"论述"化泄"的择药原则,亦阐明"调候"的重要性及运用方法;四是通过探讨银屑病的病因病机及治疗举例说明"化泄"的应用。
The "five elements"mutually reinforce and neutralize each other and revolve in an endless way. When encountering strong or decreasing,the progress will be abnormal,causing "subjugation"and "counterrestriction". My tutor try to use the methods of "Relief"( Huaxie) to treat this abnormal,and achieve great curative effect. This paper concludel four key points to elaborate the theory of " Relief",including: the meaning of " Relief"; The advantages of "Relief" : The methods of " Relief"( Huaxie) can flatten the strong and make the best use of the objects,so as to promote the circulation of"five elements"and achieve a high level of balance; The Principles of " Relief",this paper discusses the"Relief"method of subjugation and counterrestriction,and discusses its selection principles of medicine by the method of"five taste Relief"; in addition,explain the importance and methods of "Tiaohou"; By discussing the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of psoriasis,to illustrate the application of "Relief".
