水源涵养生态保护红线划定——以普定县为例

摘要
普定县水源涵养生态保护红线划定是通过自然变化为依据进行模型评估,该模型用到了普定县多年平均降水量、普定县多年平均潜在蒸发量、普定县土地覆盖影响系数三个影响因子,按照普定县生态服务指数对模型进行重分类。提取普定县饮用水源地保护区和模型中最高等级区域作为水源涵养生态保护红线,与普定县城市总体规划状况相叠加,模型计算得到的水源涵养生态保护红线不能包含在普定县城市总体规划内。将红线图斑命名为普定县编号加上各个乡镇编号作为图斑新的编号。
        Water conservation red lines of Puding County were delineated through model evaluation based on data of years of average rainfall,average potential evaporation,and land cover influence coefficient,then the models were reclassified according to ecological service index.Drinking water reserves of Puding and areas with the highest level in the models were designated to be the red line zones.Overlaying the red line zones with the overall urban planning of Puding,we realized that the water conservation red line zones could not be covered by the overall urban planning.We renamed the red line zones after numbers of Puding County plus numbers of each village.
