基于智慧生态城市的西宁市绿色城市发展模式研究

摘要
2014年,中共中央和国务院联合发布《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》,提出"绿色城市"理念,要求将"生态文明理念全面融入城市发展,构建绿色生产方式、生活方式和消费模式"。2016年西宁市市政府将着力打造"绿色发展样板城市",在一年多建设期内,西宁市在绿色城市建设上仍旧存在许多不足,文章在综合分析相关理论文献的基础上,提出了西宁市"以智慧科技为手段,以绿色文化为底蕴、绿色环境为基础的城市绿色经济、绿色民生共同发展"的绿色城市发展模式,并在此模式下给出了相应的发展对策。
In 2014,the CPC central committee and the state council jointly issued《the national new urbanization planning(2014-2020)》,put forward the concept of "green city,", requires innovation planning idea, will be "fully integrated into the urban development ecological civilization concept, build a green production mode, life style and consumption patterns". In urban development in the new period, Xining municipal government in 2016 will focus on building "green development model city", in the construction period, more than a year in Xining are still many deficiencies in the construction of green city, the article on the basis of comprehensive analysis of relevant theoretical literature, puts forward the Xining "the wisdom of science and technology as the means, on the basis of the green culture as the background, the green environment of the city green economy, green,common development" of the people 's livelihood of green urban development pattern, and is given in this mode the corresponding development countermeasures.
