摘要

对老年公寓建筑设计规划理念、设计细节等进行了阐述,分析了老年公寓建筑在整体规划、单体设计、功能需求等方面的设计要点,为以后实际工作中建设养老设施设计提供参考。
        The paper illustrates the design planning concept and design specifics of the apartment for the aged,analyzes design points of the apartment for the aged in aspects of integral planning,single design and functional demands,which has provided some guidance for building aged facilities design in future.
