长江经济带城镇化与生态环境的耦合协调及时空格局研究

摘要
文章构建城镇化与生态环境协调发展评价指标体系,基于熵权耦合协调模型,对长江经济带城镇化与生态环境之间的协调程度进行系统研究。研究结果表明:在时间维度上,长江经济带城镇化与生态环境之间的协调性呈现稳步提升态势,但是增长幅度不大,且协调性差,整体处在初级耦合协调区间;在空间维度上,长江经济带城镇化与生态环境之间的协调性由东至西逐渐衰减,且省际差距有增加趋势,东部省(市)为良好耦合协调,中部多数省(市)为初级或中级耦合协调,部分西部地区(贵州省和云南省)处于濒临失调衰退区间;2005年以来,长江经济带城镇化发展滞后于生态环境综合发展水平,2016年除上海、江苏、浙江属于生态环境滞后型外,其余省(市)均为城镇化滞后型。
        This paper builds the evaluation index system of coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment,systematically studies the coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt based on the entropy weight coupling coordination model. The results show that:In the temporal dimension,the coordination between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been steadily improved,but the growth rate is not large and the coordination is poor. The whole region is in the primary coupling coordination degree;In the spatial dimension,the coordination between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is gradually decreasing from east to west,and the gap between provincial-level administrative areas is increasing.The eastern provinces(municipalities)are in good coupling coordination,most of the central provinces(municipalities)are in primary or intermediate coupling coordination,and some of the western regions(Guizhou and Yunnan provinces)are on the verge of maladjustment;The development of urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has lagged behind the comprehensive development of ecological environment since 2005. In 2016,except Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang belonging to the eco-environmental lag type,the other provincial-level administrative areas are all the urbanization lag type.
