摘要
为了提高非农建设用地生态节约评价水平,提出一种基于模糊测度评价的非农建设用地生态节约评价预测模型,构建非农建设用地生态节约和集约利用的评价约束参量模型,根据资源节约型发展和可持续发展的要求,建立非农建设用地生态节约评价模糊决策函数,采用大数据预测和特征挖掘方法,进行非农建设用地生态节约评价规则分析,以合理布局、优化用地结构为优化目标指标集,实现非农建设用地生态节约评价模型的优化设计。采用该模型进行非农建设用地生态节约评价的准确性较高,模糊决策的置信度水平较高,具有很好的应用价值。
        In order to improve the evaluation level of ecological conservation of non-agricultural construction land,a prediction model of non-agricultural construction land ecological conservation evaluation based on fuzzy measure evaluation is proposed. The evaluation constraint parameter model of ecological conservation and intensive utilization of non-agricultural construction land is constructed,and the fuzzy decision function of ecological conservation evaluation of non-agricultural construction land is established according to the requirements of resource-saving society and sustainable development. By using big data prediction and feature mining method,the evaluation rules of ecological conservation of non-agricultural construction land are analyzed. The optimal design of ecological conservation evaluation model of non-agricultural construction land is realized by taking rational layout and optimizing land structure as the optimization target set. The model simulation results show that the model has high accuracy and high confidence level of fuzzy decision for non-agricultural construction land ecological conservation evaluation,which has a good application value.
