不同浓度镉对白萝卜发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘要
以白萝卜种子为试材,采用水培法,在光照培养箱(25±1)℃条件下分析0(CK)、0.1 mg·L~(-1)、1.0 mg·L~(-1)、5.0 mg·L~(-1)、10.0 mg·L~(-1)等5个镉溶液质量浓度处理对白萝卜种子的发芽率、出苗率、根长、株高以及鲜质量的影响。结果表明:与对照比较,镉质量浓度处理为0.1 mg·L~(-1)、1.0 mg·L~(-1)时,白萝卜种子的发芽率和出苗率都有显著性差异,镉质量浓度为5.0 mg·L~(-1)、10.0 mg·L~(-1)时,白萝卜种子发芽率和出苗率没有显著性差异;在镉质量浓度为5 mg·L~(-1)和10 mg·L~(-1)之间时,镉对白萝卜幼苗株高的影响呈显著性差异;Cd~(2+)质量浓度为0.1 mg·L~(-1)时对白萝卜的根长与对照比较无显著差异,但其他镉质量浓度与对照比较对白萝卜根长有显著性差异;Cd~(2+)质量浓度为0.1 mg·L~(-1)和1.0 mg·L~(-1)时与对照白萝卜鲜质量相比具有明显促进作用,在镉质量浓度为5 mg·L~(-1)和10 mg·L~(-1)之间时明显抑制白萝卜的鲜质量。说明低质量浓度Cd~(2+)对白萝卜种子萌发具有促进作用,而高质量浓度的Cd~(2+)则具有抑制作用。
        Taking white radish seeds as material,with water culture method,under the light incubator(25±1℃),the effects of concentration of 5 cadmium solutions such as 0(CK),0.1 mg·L~(-1),1.0 mg·L~(-1),5.0 mg·L~(-1),10.0mg·L~(-1) on the germination rate,emergence rate,root length,plant height and fresh quality of white radish seeds are studied.The results show that there is a significant difference in germination rate and emergence rate of white radish seeds between Cd~(2+)0.1 mg·L~(-1) and 1.0 mg·L~(-1),but with Cd~(2+)5.0 mg·L~(-1),10.0 mg·L~(-1),there is no significant difference in the germination rate and emergence rate of the treated seeds.When the cadmium concentration is between 5 mg·L~(-1 )and 10mg·L~(-1),the effect of cadmium on the plant height of white radish seedlings is significantly different;when the concentration of Cd~(2+)is 0.1mg·L~(-1),there is no significant difference in the root length of white radish compared with the control group,but the other cadmium concentrations are significantly different from the control group for the root length of white radish.When the concentration of Cd~(2+)is 0.1 mg·L~(-1) and 1.0 mg·L~(-1),the fresh quality of the white radish is significantly promoted,and the fresh quality of the white radish is significantly inhibited when the cadmium concentration is between 5 mg·L~(-1) and 10 mg·L~(-1).It indicated that low concentration of Cd~(2+)could promote the seed germination of white radish,while high concentration of Cd~(2+)could inhibit it.
