基于生态适应性的乡村产业振兴及空间规划协同路径探新

摘要
随着城镇化快速推进,如火如荼的乡村建设运动取得巨大的成果,也让乡村生态环境负面影响日益加剧。天然绿色资源作为乡村振兴的一笔宝贵财富,如何确定乡村绿色空间资源建设开发的生态适应性,如何引导与调控相关利益主体的建设行为,已成为实现乡村产业振兴及可持续发展的焦点问题。文章以空间过程、产业组织、结构特征和动力机制为基础进行解析,提出"一产提升、二产增效、三产升级"的适宜性路径,积极打造新农产业全价值链,并以多维视角探新乡村空间生态化规划途径,从而全面助力乡村振兴战略的实现。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization, the invigorating rural construction movement has achieved great results, and the negative impact of the rural ecological environment has intensified. Natural green resources as a valuable asset for rural revitalization, how to determine the ecological adaptability of rural green space resources construction and development, how to guide and regulate the construction behavior of relevant stakeholders, has become the focus of rural industrial revitalization and sustainable development. Based on the rural spatial process, industrial organization, structural characteristics and dynamic mechanism, this paper proposes the appropriate path of "one production improvement, second production efficiency increase and three production upgrade", and actively builds the full value chain of the new agricultural industry. Multi-dimensional perspective to explore the ecological planning approach of new rural space, thus fully assisting the realization of rural revitalization strategy.
