摘要
剖析了国内填埋场渗沥液"超量问题"产生的原因,结合深圳、西安等大型填埋场的渗沥液产率和处理情况的调研结果,提出了解决思路:源头减水降低入场垃圾初始含水率;填埋作业过程中加强管理和覆盖,提高雨水导排率至90%以上;建设足够的渗沥液处理设施,使渗沥液处理能力总量大于产生量和收集量,且浓缩液应得到有效处理。
        The causes of excessive leachate in domestic landfills were analyzed. Based on the investigation results of leachate yield and treatment in large landfills in Shenzhen and Xi'an,the solutions were put forwards. Reduce water at the source to decrease the initial moisture content of garbage. Strengthen management and coverage in the process of landfill and increase the drainage rate of rainwater to more than 90%. Adequate leachate treatment facilities should be constructed to make the total leachate treatment capacity be greater than the amount of produced and collected,and the concentrate should be effectively treated.
