生源多元化背景下高职院校学生管理工作研究

摘要
近年来,国家不断加大力度支持高职院校的发展,鼓励高职院校采取多种不同招生方式。同时,面对生源的不断紧缩,高职院校也不得不降低门槛,通过多生招生方式并存的形式来保证生源的数量。然而,由生源多元化所带来的学生管理上的难题需要多方重视并积极采取一系列切实可行的解决手段。分析了当前生源多元化形势下高职院校学生管理工作的现状,继而提出切实可行的解决策略,以期对高职院校学生管理工作有一定的借鉴作用。
In recent years, the nation has been stepping up efforts to support the development of higher vocational colleges, encouraging them to adopt a variety of different enrollment methods. At the same time, they have to lower the threshold and ensure the number of students by the way of pluralistic student enrollment. However, the problems of student management brought by the diversity of students should be paid more attention and a series of practical measures should be adopted. The paper analyzes the present situation of student management under the situation of diversified students, and then puts forward some feasible solutions, in the hope that it can be used for reference in the management of students in higher vocational colleges.
