摘要
在生物床养殖模式下,试验分别用基础日粮、单一生物饲料(基础日粮+生物饲料)以及复合生物饲料(单一生物饲料+生物活性添加剂)饲喂湖北省地方的三元杂交猪{长白(♂)×[大约(♂)×通城(♀)](♀)}60 d,然后进行生长性能、生理生化指标以及肉质测定。试验结果表明,使用复合生物饲料可以达到最优育肥效果:平均日增重851.9 g/(头·d)、料肉比2.91、肌间脂肪3.89%,大理石纹3.97、肌肉系水率81.22%。由此可见,这种集成的生态养殖模式可以提高湖北省本地三元杂交猪的生产效率和猪肉品质。
        In this experiment,all pigs were fed on the biological fermentation mattress,where the basal diet,single biological feed(basic diet+biological feed)and composite biological feed(single biological feed + bioactive additives) were used to feed the three crossing hybrid pigs with Hubei local characteristics for 60 days.After finishing the experiment,we tested the indexes of the growth performance,meat qualities,blood biochemistry and physiology indexes,separately.The results showed that,the composite biological diet can improve the growth performance and the meat quality.The diet also had a positive effect on the immunological function,observably.The results are as follows:the average daily weight gain is 851.9 g/(头·d),the ratio of feed:weight gain is 2.91,the intramuscular fat rate is 3.89%,the marbling score is 3.97,the water ratio in muscle is 81.22%.This showed that the ecological farming model can improve the production efficiency and the quality of pork in Hubei local three hybrid pigs.
