摘要
通过对肺康复的相关概念、肺癌患者肺康复训练的意义、肺癌围术期肺康复训练的现状,包括术前、术后的肺康复训练的方式、时间、频率及效果,肺康复的评价指标、康复训练方案临床应用的局限性及启示进行综述,旨在充分了解肺癌患者围术期的肺康复训练现状,为改善肺癌患者的运动能力、提高生存质量、制定康复训练策略提供依据。
        This paper introduces the definition of lung rehabilitation, the significance of lung rehabilitation training for lung cancer patients, and current status of lung rehabilitation training in the perioperative period of lung cancer, including the method, time, frequency, and effect of preoperative and postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation training, evaluating indicators of lung rehabilitation, limitations and enlightenment of clinical application of rehabilitation training program. The purpose of this study is to fully understand the status of lung rehabilitation training for lung cancer patients during the perioperative period, and to provide a basis for improving the exercise ability, improving the quality of life, and formulating rehabilitation training strategies for lung cancer patients.
