大清生物纸在直肠癌Dixon术中的应用

摘要
目的:分析大清生物纸(可吸收止血膜)在直肠癌根治Dixon术中的应用效果。方法:前瞻性研究2010年2月至2011年8月在我院进行直肠癌根治Dixon术的患者52例,随机分为治疗组27例(大清生物纸覆盖盆腔、骶前等手术创面)与对照组25例(不用止血材料)。比较两组术后引流量以及近期并发症的发生率情况。结果:两组盆腔引流液量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),近期并发症发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:直肠癌Dixon术中,大清生物纸具有良好手术创面止血、减少渗液的作用,使用安全、方便,且对预防肠粘连、肠梗阻、减少直肠吻合口瘘可能有一定的帮助作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application of Datsing bio-paper in the operation of Dixon for treating rectal cancer. Methods Clinical data of 52 rectal cancer patients treated with the operation of Dixon from February 2010 to August 2011 were prospectively investigated , and were randomly classified into treatment group (27 patients treated with Datsing bio-paper ) and control group (25 patients treated without any hemostasis material). The post-operative draining volume and the incidence of complication between the two groups were compared. Results The post-operative pelvic cavity draining volume was significantly different between the two groups (P < 0.05), while the incidence of complication was similar between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions Datsing bio-paper applied in Dixon operation had satisfactory effects of hemostasis and reducing the raw surface effusion, and was safe and convenient. And may be helpful to prevent ankylenteron and intestinal obstruction and reduce stomal leak.
