摘要
在常压条件下,对合成喹啉衍生物过程中的工艺废水中丙酮利用连续精馏进行回收,探讨了采用筛板塔在已定条件下,进料量、回流量、塔底温度对回收的影响,塔顶丙酮含量达到99%,塔底排出水中丙酮含量小于0.4%,并且精馏过程中系统运行稳定,自动化程度高。
Acetone in process wastewater from the synthesis of quinoline derivatives was recovered by continuous distillation under atmospheric pressure. The effects of feed rate, reflux flow rate and bottom temperature on the recovery of acetone in sieve tray column under given conditions were discussed. The content of acetone in top of the column reached 99%, and the content of acetone in bottom effluent was less than 0.4%. The system runs stably and has high automation in the distillation process.
