具有补体系统抑制作用的中药活性成分研究进展

摘要
补体系统的异常激活可引起系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等多种免疫系统疾病。目前补体抑制剂的研发面临巨大挑战,然而从天然药物中提取分离的抗补体成分,如多糖、黄酮、萜类等具有很大的开发潜力,值得国内外学者进一步探究。本文对具有补体系统抑制作用的中药活性成分的研究概况进行综述,并分析天然活性成分抑制补体系统的应用前景,为今后进一步研究补体抑制剂提供科研思路和方法 。
        The abnormal activation of the complement system can cause a variety of immune system diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. At present, the development of complement inhibitors faces enormous challenges. However, the extraction of isolated anti-complement components from natural medicines, such as polysaccharides, flavonoids and terpenoids, has great potential for development and it is worthy of further exploration by domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, the research status of active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine with inhibition of complement system is reviewed, and the application prospect of natural active ingredients inhibiting complement system is analyzed, so as to provide scientific research ideas and methods for further research on complement inhibitors.
