生脉饮(党参方)中5-羟甲基糠醛的分离及其来源探究

摘要
为探讨生脉饮(党参方)的物质基础及配伍规律,采用大孔树脂富集结合中压柱色谱纯化,从生脉饮(党参方)中分离得到5-羟甲基糠醛.通过进一步的拆方研究发现:在含五味子的合煎组中,5-羟甲基糠醛的量均较单煎组有明显提高.推测生脉饮(党参方)中麦冬及/或党参与五味子的合煎过程可能会产生5-羟甲基糠醛.首次从生脉饮(党参方)中分离鉴定出5-羟甲基糠醛,同时提供了一种从中药复方中快速分离5-羟甲基糠醛的方法,并对生脉饮(党参方)的配伍规律进行了初步探索.
        To investigate the material base and compatibility law of Shengmaiyin(Dangshenfang),macroporous resin column chromatography combined with medium-pressure chromatography were applied to separate the chemical constituents from Shengmaiyin(Dangshenfang).As a result,a kind of constituents was isolated and identified as 5-hydroxymethylfurfural through1 HNMR in the present study. Furthermore,the origin of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was investigated by decomposing recipes of Shengmaiyin(Dangshenfang).The result showed that the content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in single drug was much lower than con-decocting of two or three drugs which contained Schisandrae Fructus.It can be concluded that the con-decocting procedure of Codonopsis Radix and/or Ophiopogonis Radix with Schisandrae Fructus may produced 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.Our study presented the first report on isolation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural from Shengmaiyin(Dangshenfang).In addition,a rapid and effective method was developed to separate 5-hydroxymethylfurfural from Chinese medicinal formula was established.Moreover,the compatibility law of Shengmaiyin(Dangshenfang)was explored.
