摘要
目的:在改进的园试营养液配方基础上,采用不同剂量营养液研究其对哈密瓜苗期生长的影响。方法:设计H1至H6共6种不同剂量(齐量分别为0.2、0.6、1.0、1.4、1.8、2.2)营养液处理,观测其对哈密瓜苗茎粗、株高、鲜重干重、叶绿素含量以及壮苗指数的影响。结果:在一定的剂量范围内,随着剂量的增加,哈密瓜苗各项生长指标均有增加的趋势,当剂量为H5(1.8)时,哈密瓜苗重干达最大值,为空白对照处理组的6.4倍;继续增加剂量到H6(2.2)时,哈密瓜苗干重是空白对照组的5.4倍,干物质积累呈下降趋势。结论:综合各项生长指标,在进行哈密瓜无土育苗时,使用1.8个剂量的营养液较为适宜。
Objective:Based on the improved garden nutrient solution formula, different doses were used to investigate the effect of nutrient solution concentration on the growth of hami melon seedlings. Methods: Six different doses from H1 to H6(0.2, 0.6, 1.0, 1.4, 1.8, 2.2, respectivly) of nutrient solution were used to treat hami melon seedlings, and the effects on the stem diameter, plant height, fresh weight, chlorophyll content and seedling index of hami melon seedlings were observed. Results: The results showed that, within a certain dose range, with the increase of the dose, all the growth indexes of hami melon seedlings showed an increasing trend. When the dose was H5(1.8), the seedling dry weight of hami melon reached the maximum value, which was 6.4 times of the control treatment. When the dose continued to increase to H6(2.2), the dry weight of hami melon seedlings was 5.4 times that of the control, and the dry matter accumulation showed a downward trend. Conclusion: In combination with various growth indicators, it is more appropriate to use 1.8 doses of improved garden nutrient solution when carrying out hami melon soilless seedlings.
