逐痰通络汤治疗老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期的临床观察

摘要
目的观察逐痰通络汤对老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的接受了老年高血压脑出血微创术治疗的患者83例为研究对象,随机分配为观察组42例和对照组41例。对照组采用老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期的常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上辅以逐痰通络汤进行术后恢复期的治疗。观察比较两组患者脑血管平均流速及血管外周阻力水平、两组患者疗效评价。结果观察组患者治疗后脑血管平均流速(18.95±1.31) cm/s及血管外周阻力水平均优于对照组患者脑血管平均流速及血管外周阻力水平,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(88.10%)高于对照组总有效率(70.73%),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逐痰通络汤对老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期患者疗效显著,应在临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery. Methods Eighty-three patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery for senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly assigned to an observation group of 42 patients and a control group of 41 patients. The control group was treated with conventional hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery. The observation group was treated with Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group. The average flow velocity of cerebral vessels and peripheral blood vessel resistance were compared between the two groups, and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The average flow velocity of cerebral vessels(18.95±1.31) cm/s and the peripheral blood resistance of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P< 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group(88.10%) was higher than the total effective rate of the control group(70.73%), and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Zhuyu Tongluo Decoction is effective in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery, and should be further promoted in clinical use.
