摘要
在完全营养液条件下,采用砂培法,研究了3种氮素形态配比(NO-3-N,NH+4-N以及NO-3-N∶NH+4-N为1∶1)和3个氮素水平(0、105、210mg/L)对‘甘农3号’紫花苜蓿整个生育期生长特性的影响.结果表明:不同形态氮素处理下紫花苜蓿的株高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根瘤数、根瘤质量均显著高于CK,表现为:NO-3-N和NH+4-N混合培养下效果最好,NH+4-N培养下次之,NO-3-N培养下最低.随着氮素水平的增加,各形态配比下紫花苜蓿的株高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根瘤数、根瘤质量均呈现增加的变化趋势.紫花苜蓿的株高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根瘤数、根瘤质量均在NO-3-N+NH+4-N的质量浓度为210mg/L时,达到最大值.各处理下紫花苜蓿的各指标均在苗期、现蕾期、盛花期差异比较明显,结荚期和鼓粒期差异不显著.整个生育期,紫花苜蓿的各生长指标之间有不同程度的相关性.
        Under the condition of complete nutrient solution,the cultivation of the whole growth period by sand culture,the effects of three kinds of nitrogen forms(nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen is 1∶1)and three nitrogen levels(0,105 and 210mg/L)were studied on growth characteristics of alfalfa‘Gannong No.3'at different growth stages.The results showed that different nitrogen treatments had significantly higher on plant height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,nodule number and nodule weight than those of CK,NO-3-N and NH+4-N mixed culture showed the best,then NH+4-N training,and NO-3-N training was the lowest.Along with the increase of nitrogen level,various forms of plant height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,nodule number,nodule weight showed a trend of increasing.The plant height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,nodule number,root nodule weight reached a maximum in NO-3-N NH+4-N when the concentration at 210mg/L.Theindexes of plant growth under different treatments showed significantly different in seedling,budding,flowering periods;however,not significant different was found in seed podding and podding periods.It is suggested that the growth index of alfalfa have different degree of correlation.
