摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并少肌症患者体成分的改变,为临床治疗提供依据和参考。方法:按照随机抽样的调查方法,以入院体检40~75岁的汉族人为研究对象,按照糖尿病和欧洲老年少肌症工作组的诊断方法,筛选出正常对照组174例(男82例,女92例),单纯2型糖尿病组151例(男72例,女79例),2型糖尿病合并少肌症组86例(男40例,女46例),利用生物电阻抗分析仪测量研究对象的体成分,分析其脂肪量、肌肉量等体成分的改变。结果:2型糖尿病合并少肌症组的各项肌肉含量均显著低于2型糖尿病组和正常对照组。2型糖尿病组与正常对照组相比,各部位肌肉量,在男性仅躯干肌肉量显著低于正常对照组;在女性除全身肌肉量和躯干肌肉量外,其余各项肌肉含量均显著高于正常对照组;各部位脂肪量,除男性全身脂肪量、躯干脂肪量及女性全身脂肪量外,其余各部位脂肪量2型糖尿病组均显著高于正常对照组。结论:2型糖尿病合并少肌症会加剧身体肌肉、脂肪等体成分含量的下降,比单纯糖尿病对体成分的影响更大,有必要对2型糖尿病合并少肌症患者进行临床干预,以提高生活质量。
        Objective :To investigate the changes of body composition in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and sarcopenia and provide the basis and reference for clinical treatment. Methods : According to the survey method of random sampling,Han nationality aged 40-75 years in physical examination upon admission was selected as the research participates. According to the diagnosis method of diabetes and European senile sarcopenia,174 cases(82 males and 92 females) in the normal control group,151 cases(72 males and 79 females) in the simple type 2 diabetes group,and 86 cases(40 males and 46 females) in the type 2 diabetes group with sarcopenia were screened.Bioelectrical impedance analyzer was used to measure the body composition of the subjects. The changes of body composition such as fat and muscle mass were analyzed. Results : All the contents of type 2 diabetes group with sarcopenia were significantly lower than those of type 2 diabetes group and normal control group. Compared with the normal control group,the muscle mass of the body in the type 2 diabetes group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group. In addition to the total body muscle mass and trunk muscle mass,the muscle content of the rest of the female was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. The fat content of all body parts,except the total body fat content of male,trunk fat content and female body fat content,was significantly higher in the type 2 diabetes group than in the normal control group. Conclusion : Type 2 diabetes combined with sarcopeniawill aggravate the decline of body composition such as muscle,fat and water,which has a greater impact on body composition than simple diabetes. It is necessary to carry out clinical intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes combined with sarcopenia to improve the quality of life.
